Unfortunately not. The College’s eligibility rule states that the matric certificate is considered first. Higher certificates are not part of the minimum entrance requirement and therefore can not be used to make up for the matric achievement.

The applicant has to liaise with Amalusi to combine the previous and new results.

Firstly, the applicant has to apply via www.cao.ac.za. Then the applicant has to submit a certified copy of an academic record and conduct certificate, together with matric results and ID. It is preferable to submit course outlines for subjects which you are requesting exemptions for. The Academic Leader of Teaching and Learning will then assess the modules and advise the applicant accordingly.

This means that you have to contact the Academic Administrative Officer via email and they will advise you what they request from you. This is mostly for applications who have studied elsewhere and did not attach the relevant documents which are required in order for the application to be assessed.
